Welcome to our camping site and guest harbour, that lie by one of the most beautiful parts of Göta Canal, bordering Tivid's Woods int hte north and Vadsbo's plain in the south.
We offer good canoeing on the canal and in many smaller lakes nearby. Sweden's largest lakes, Vänern and Vättern, lie only a few kilometres away.
Take a bike ride along the canal, the stretch between Sjötorp and Tåtorp, or "Sverigeleden" that passes through Wassbacken towards the woods in the north or towards the pleasent Vadsbo district. You can even cycle on the Västgöta trail that partially follows the canal. Buy a cycle package with Wassbacken as a stop on your itinerarry. There are even local cycling trails.
Entertainers from the area perform several nights a week during the peak season. You may also experience the canal from the deck of a passenger boat. We offer you a three star camping site that lies beside the guest harbour.
