Vivstavarvstjärns Camping

We are a small family campsite close to most of the attractions in the Sundsvall-Timrå area. The campsite is beautifully situated in a woodland area near the centre of Timrå, the E4 and E.ON Arena, and Birsta trading area is only 8 km away.

The scenic area is near Lake Vivstavarvstjärn, which also has family-friendly swimming. The campsite has alternating wooded and grassy areas for caravans, motorhomes and tents.

Vivstavarvstjärns Camping has 68 pitches with electricity and 10 without. The area also has cottages and a youth hostel. The reception building has a kiosk with a café. For relaxation, there is a mini-golf course.

The service building has 5 showers and 6 toilets, with one of the showers and toilets being disabled-friendly. There is also a self-catering kitchen with a cooker, microwave and washing-up facilities.

Hostel

Vivstavarv youth hostel is located in Vivstavarvstjärns camping area. The hostel is located in a separate building where only hostel guests have access. There are double and quadruple rooms.

The WC is located in the corridor, and there is a common self-catering kitchen. Showers and more WCs can be found in the adjacent building (4m away).

Dogs are welcome at the youth hostel at an additional charge.

Lodge

The cottages at Vivstavarvtjärns Camping are beautifully situated on a forest hill overlooking the lake and mini golf course. Each cottage has a patio where you can sit and enjoy the morning sun.
There is parking outside each cottage for guests arriving by car or motorbike. Pets are allowed in the cottages.

WC and shower are located in the adjacent service building. There is also a self-catering kitchen.
