Camp Gielas, by the southern entrance to Arvidsjaur and within walking distance of the centre, is open all the year round.
A pleasant campsite with space for caravans, cottages and tents. Sports hall, Internet café, sauna, gym, tennis courts, minigolf, sauna raft and playground are just some of the activities we offer our guests.
Gielas and Arvidsjaur are in the country of the forest Lapps, and you can study their history, culture and everyday life. For hunting and fishing enthusiasts, there are good hunting grounds and fishing waters within the municipality. In winter, the winter golf course is ready for play just outside your door. From here you can also take one of the two interconnected ski tracks.
There are also good ski slopes and snowmobile trails within the municipality, close to Camp Gielas. The adventure swimming at the centre is open all the year round and has water slides, whirlpool, steam sauna.
